Description:
ACE adds earplugs automatically to every unit on initialization. This doesn't happen after a respawn, leaving you with no earplugs. This is problematic in case a mission maker uses the unit's pre-defined loadouts instead of creating custom ones.
Steps to reproduce:
Start a mission in an environment where you can respawn (presumably multiplayer). Get earplugs on first spawn. Respawn. Get no earplugs.
