When merged this pull request will:

Fix 3DEN Equip FRIES attribute for RHS:USAF UH-1Y

Partially fixes #6068.

Not sure about the other issues mentioned in the ticket:

Non pylon choppers not having the option to equip F.R.I.E.S through Edit Pylons (obviously)
Can't really see any issues with where the F.R.I.E.S is attached to the UH-60's
UH-60 MEV (ESSS) explicitly having it disabled (by design)
