Step 1-3, 6 Ok.

No date at the bottom, not sure if related to instrument only.
No instrument to check help functionality for instrument. Instrument in instrument manager are not clickable Thus unable to test step 7-9

Help editor as no information and no button to add or edit anything. Unable to test step 10-19

@PapillonMcGill Please retest.
I just tried it with bmi and it worked fine

BMI effectively available now.
Could not test 13 (parent and subtopic) and 15 as only 1 but all other tests are Ok
