Can't upload files. An error message appears saying "Error! The upload folder /data/uploads/ does not exist.".

@kongtiaowang the testing vm doesn't have the upload directory.

@kongtiaowang Assigning this to you to update the testing VM to have the /data/uploads/ folders for the media uploader.
