Update templates to use latest library versions #100

It would be possible to update the template to use the latest versions of Firebase, AngularFire and FirebaseSimpleLogin

The new versions has many improvements and bugfixes!

The only file we should be aware of (AFAIK) is login.coffe the module name of SimpleLogin changed from firebaseAuth to firebaseSimpleLogin, although I have not yet tested the functionality of the new version of FirebaseSimpleLogin

Definitely a good idea.

Since I have Kickstrap on a kind of bugfix-only status while I finish other
projects, I'll pencil in an update to Firebase for May 15th.

I'm not certain how much disruption that will cause in terms of updating
syntax to keep Kickstrap working, but I would like to have enough time to
test everything as well.
