Fix #11

  • A few minor tweaks to be more CC compatible
  • Refactor how tasks and Configurations are created. Instead of creating them when an item is added to the dokkatooPublication domain-object-container, now they are created in the DokkatooFormatPlugin.
  • Adds CC tests to all template-project tests
