Add channel information from "channelLogoUrl"

While I would like to see a channel-oriented interface, it would already be nice to show the "studio" icons by adding the channel information in the studio field.

It means we need to parse that information correctly from:

Even better would be if the VTM GO channels logos would be submitted to the studio icons sets, as the current ones are old and look bad. #17
