simple CLI to get started with web dev

Features:
- Generates basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files.
- Starts a live server for your project.
- Easy to use with a command-line interface.
- Open-source and free to use.
Installation:
npm install -g webquick
Usage:
1. Generate Boilerplate:
webquick generate project-name
webquick g project-name
This will create a new directory named project-name
with the basic files.
2. Start a Live Server:
webquick serve project-name
webquick s project-name
This will open your project at http://localhost:3000.
