A simple store management app in python which has features like:

1. Adding items to store.
2. Check if desired item is available
3. Returns the price of item if available
4. Returns the stock of store
5. Sell item if available and also check whether there is a discount offer or not.
6. Remove item from stock
7. Returns total_sales
