For a long time I could not enable IO runtime for angular, because a dependency issue.
The dependency authors have fixed their bug and now therefore I can file this PR which enables SSR through IO runtime for Angular.

This will allow customers to use Angular SPA with SSR, in the cloud.

Expected Behaviour

IO runtime is supported for Angular in the SPA editor

Actual Behaviour

Currently it is not supported
