Steps to Reproduce

1. Open project A.
2. Delete project A.
3. Open Brackets.
4. Get an error, coz It wants to open project A first.
5. Get angry of that every time.

Expected behavior:
Find a setting to disable this function.

Actual behavior:
No setting.
