GUI is in Korean but can't enter Korean code in editor

This Brackets installation GUI is in Korean(see below image) which is good.
However, when I want to enter Korean in the main editor pane by pressing the language change key on the keyboard, it is not working. It is in English no matter what.
The line shown in the image saying "name: "vkdlf"; is for 5 stroke Korean alphabet for File in English.
OS: Windows 7 Professional K
Brackets: Release 1.13 Build1.13.0-17696 (release 49d29a8)

May I know, Your keyboard settings? - is it in korean?.
Can you able to give korean input to other application like chrome?
