[Linux] Obsolete dependencies issue

Hey,
I'm trying to install brackets on my labtop who is under Ubuntu 18.10. I tried to install the .deb download on your website and install the dependencies that I didn't have.
The issue that I encountered was for libcurl3 who has been change to libcurl4 on officials repositories but not on your .deb :/
More over, the one that I install directly from a repositorie was not update and I saw a lot of bugs.
Do you have any suggestion to fix this? Is it even a known issue?

I heard others experiencing the same issues. It seems that the deb spec needs an update to more recent versions of the required libs.
