Painting issues after minimizing #9924

After I pasted a long chunk of code, the UI started showing double horizontal scrollbars, both functional. See attached image.

@designcise Does this still happen if you do Debug > Reload Without Extensions?

@designcise Can you try the suggestion above? If not, please try to pare down the problem to a piece of dummy content you can actually share with us, so that we can see the problem on our end. Otherwise there's not much we can do to help investigate this.

@peterflynn Sorry, I've been really busy. I use brackets a lot and haven't witnessed that problem again so far. I suspect that it is related to how the UI repaints; on a related note, every time I minimize and maximize the window, there's this border that shows around the "Working Files" caption as well. Refer to the attached picture.

It seems that the white line still exists every time I minimize and maximize the window!

Is this any way related to the issue #5288?

Given that the scrollbar issue has gone away, the rendering issue discussed after that is a duplicate of #9753, so I'm going to go ahead and close this one. Thanks for the input!
