Expected Behavior

should show the "actions" icon.

Actual Behavior

No icon. They don't even work on the official documentation examples

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

Anywhere icons are used.

Steps to Reproduce

Use anything that makes use of the Coral icons.

Browser name/version/os (ie Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) MacOS)

Coral Spectrum version

v4.10.3

Sample Code that illustrates the problem (use the Playground if possible)
