Expected Behavior

No outline.

Actual Behavior

Has outline.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to http://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-css/2.11.0/docs/#action-button
  2. Focus on a Button
  3. Observe

Move to individually versioned packages with Lerna (#254)
