…_mpc now also return observation time(last).
… by gauss method in environments of different perturbations and displays final co-ordinates and initial and final orbital elements.
Custom propagation module in various customizable perturbation environments, support for angle sub-formats(IOD), user option for two possible values of signed difference.
Add weights to least squares subroutines and an option to take into account light propagation time
Prints keplerian elements along with final position and velocity vectors.
Add 3-d plot for satellite location
Add conversion module, acquires various conversion functions useful in orbit determination

Okay, I see that in gauss_method.py you are using yours. fine for me :).
I will maybe change that later :). but at least it is decided which version to use :)
