How to get Discord RPC ID

1. Go to Discord Dev Hub https://discord.com/developers/applications
2. Create a new app
3. Call it whatever you want to show up on discord
4. Copy the Client ID
5. Open SillyOSC and Paste it into the 'Discord ID' section
