如何获取滚动状态 #305

比如开始滚动，滚动结束的状态。我是用addPickerToView方法自定义的视图，测试人员提出问题，说在快速滚动的时候，返回的值有问题。我想是不是可以获取滚动状态从而让pickerView停止滚动，获取选择的值
