Please review and confirm this works with the Cordova app. I did not change the output of the API but I had to fix it so that the autoloader and namespaces actually worked, and I also cleaned up the database object so that the connection settings can be set via Slim's configuration capabilities. Also using the container to inject the db object as a constructor dependency to the Todo object.
