As part of issue #15 this PR includes an initial EDA notebook that provides an example for 1) how to get access to the testgrid data, 2) what it contains/ how its structured, 3) and how to convert it into data frames, numpy arrays and time series plots, and saves a dataset for offline experiments and exploration.
