Q: voiceStateUpdate event not fired when sb is restarted (only during calls)
A: I fixed them in v2.3.75, and it caused quite a bit of inconvenience when reaching the limit (probably 120 gateway commands/ 60s)
This function is automatically enabled in versions 2.3.75 to 2.3.78, but it became optional in 2.3.8 (Default disable)

Q: In an RPC application, it is possible to use an external image URL. They can do in sb?
A: Already in v2.3.78
