This project aims at helping patients getting medical assistance online. The patient through his portal can allow the physician & Pharmacists to access their data portal, The physician, once given an access on the patient portal, they can diagnose the disease by providing the name of the disease The pharmacist once given access to the patient portal can prescribe medicines after reading the disease. The patient can download the prescription in a csv sheet.
