Try to improve UI experience of this oncall https://github.com/airbytehq/oncall/issues/503

Java json-schema SPEC validator FAIL such config:

"end_date": ""

because end_date has "format": "date-time"

I have removed "format": "date-time" from SPEC until we find better solution on UI
