Currently, when someone decides to "End Chat", it seems very wordy/crowded and the text cannot be customized yet.

Requirements

  • We should change the section that says "Click Here to Start a New Conversation" to a simple button that says "Start a new Conversation"
  • We should make this text + the button customizable so it's possible for a system user to change the text/color for their instance
  • We should remove "Thank you for chatting with us today."
