Describe the bug

The dark mode toggle on Safari doesn't work as expected on v0.44.0

(Note: dark mode works on Chrome and Firefox)

Error: Unhandled Promise Rejection: [object Object]

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1- Navigate to an instance (v0.44.0) on Safari browser
2 - Toggle the dark mode on the right top corner

Expected behavior

The dark mode toggle should switch between light and dark mode effortlessly

  • OS: IOS
  • Browser: Safari Version 14.1.2
