Hi, I get a brief flash of unstyled content at break points on Firefox 23.0.1 (windows 7). I get it on the example on your site, as well as my own site I am building.

Is this a known issue, have you seen it happen before, and what might be causing it?

PS Love the script otherwise!

Thanks

Aha, spotted what causes this. Its firebug. If I open a fresh firefox without firebug, I dont get the issue.

Weird. Might be the way it's hooking into the DOM.

BTW: You should give Firefox's built in tools a try (Ctrl+Shift+I) :)

Ah nice, looks great, thanks. The unstyled content flicker happens with FF's own tools too interestingly.

Hello,

I also get a brief flash of unstyled content when using Firefox. I'm using FF24 on Windows XP. I have uninstalled Firebug as suggested, but this does not make any difference. Please see this screenshot from your html5up.net.

Many thanks,

Barry

I also get a FOUC, even in the latest version of Firefox.

Got Firebug or dev tools pulled up when that happens?

No, sir. All extensions disabled. I've been seeing the FOUC on your (beautiful) templates since at least Firefox 23. Now using 28.
By the way, I think you're going above and beyond to offer support like this for a completely free product. Thank you.

Sounds like the same problem we're having: Elgg/Elgg#8328 (comment)
