Flicker of unstyled content on Firefox #4
Comments
Aha, spotted what causes this. Its firebug. If I open a fresh firefox without firebug, I dont get the issue. |
Weird. Might be the way it's hooking into the DOM. BTW: You should give Firefox's built in tools a try (Ctrl+Shift+I) :) |
Ah nice, looks great, thanks. The unstyled content flicker happens with FF's own tools too interestingly. |
Tried updating to a newer version of FF? On 1/3/2014 9:10 AM, bstoner123 wrote:

I also get a FOUC, even in the latest version of Firefox. |
Got Firebug or dev tools pulled up when that happens? |
No, sir. All extensions disabled. I've been seeing the FOUC on your (beautiful) templates since at least Firefox 23. Now using 28. |

Sounds like the same problem we're having: Elgg/Elgg#8328 (comment) |
Hi, I get a brief flash of unstyled content at break points on Firefox 23.0.1 (windows 7). I get it on the example on your site, as well as my own site I am building.
Is this a known issue, have you seen it happen before, and what might be causing it?
PS Love the script otherwise!
Thanks
