Updates a few build and test dependencies:

  • Changes from npm-shrinkwrap.json to package-lock.json
  • Updates Karma from 1.7.1 to 6.2.x to avoid fsevents-1.1.3 which has a vuln
  • Adds a .nvmrc for Node 18
  • Adds the three lib/cryptojslib to Karma so the tests run clean
  • Updates grunt-bower-task to a more recent version that's compatible with Node 18
  • Updates the timing on a single test to be more flexible when run on slower machines
