This will one day be the primary documentation for Cicero, but at the moment it is under construction. I hoped this wiki could look something like Wikipedia (i.e. using MediaWiki), but I am not so sure that's possible using this github interface.

Anyway, this page temporarily serves as the entry point for all of the other wiki pages. For now, the content in this wiki is the same as "Cicero Technical and User Manual.doc", except the formatting is probably much worse. Hopefully after a few iterations the pages will become useful.
