Update Locations on Maps

We need to add the new Geolocation points that will be supplied with project updates to the maps displayed on RSR.

akvo/akvo-product-design#40

We should use GREEN pins to place on the maps, and these should be placed on:

• Project Pages on rsr.akvo.org, e.g. http://rsr.akvo.org/project/2/
• Project Pages on Akvo Pages e.g. http://akvo.akvoapp.org/en/project/2/
• Global maps on Akvo Pages project List e.g. http://akvo.akvoapp.org/en/ (need to check performance of this on http://cordaid.akvoapp.org)
• Both RSR and Akvo Pages map widgets

Also need to represent the update pins on the Map Widgets for both RSR and Akvo Pages.
