Can raisd use indels?

Dear,
I want to use raisd for indels in vcf file, but all sites were discarded, but the same format of SNPs can be used. Can raisd use indels?

Index: Name | Sites = SNPs + Discarded | Discarded = HeaderCheckFailed + MAFCheckFailed + WithMissing + Monomorphic
0: 1 | 130746 = 0 + 130746 | 130746 = 130746 + 0 + 0 + 0

Hi there, RAiSD doesn' t parse indels in vcf files and discarded sites are reported as HeaderCheckFailed. Best regards, Nikos A.
