Just setup the Alexa Media Player integration and was surprised to see the Temperature Sensor of a Zigbee Centralite Sylvania Lightify 72923 Motion and Temperature Sensor included in Home Assistant and correctly reporting temperature. The motion detector function of this device does not get added as an entity in HA. This device is paired to a 1st Generation Echo Plus. At the present time I do not have any other sensors paired to the Echo.
