You need Python 3.10+ to run this program. This program uses the Requests library.
You can grab the bottom of the window or the right side of the window or the bottom right part of the window to resize it by click holding and dragging. This is a little unusual because normally there is more of a border to grab, but this is the best that can be done with a custom window.
