This release removes the requirement of supplying all input files with absolute paths. The protein to genome aligner eviprot.sh speed is increased by about 15%, and accuracy is increased by about 5%. Cleanup is improved: only the intermediate files that are necessary for re-running the pipeline steps are kept. One can use --debug switch to keep everything, as before.
