I am not enthusiastic about adding this design system to this repository, its use is prohibited outside of French government websites.

Any other public actor is strictly prohibited from using the State Design System (territorial administrations or any other private actor). The State Design System represents the digital identity of the State. Therefore, these entities are not affected by its deployment or adoption. In the event of use for misleading or fraudulent purposes, the State reserves the right to take the necessary actions to put an end to it.

French version:

Il est formellement interdit à tout autre acteur public d’utiliser le Système de Design de l’État (les administrations territoriales ou tout autre acteur privé). Le Système de Design de l’État représente l’identité numérique de l’État. Par conséquent, ces entités ne sont pas concernées par son déploiement ou son adoption. En cas d’usage à des fins trompeuses ou frauduleuses, l'État se réserve le droit d’entreprendre les actions nécessaires pour y mettre un terme.

How is it a concern since the repo is about collecting awesome design systems, and is clear about what you mention?
