Steps to reproduce

VirtualList控件有1万条数据，越往下滑动越卡顿。 是因为VirtualList的实现原理是从数据的头部开始遍历吗
按理是不是从当前索引值往下遍历N个数据，跟头部展示几条数据的性能是等效的
