Production Environment

The alicenet production environment currently consists of layer 1 and layer 2 systems. The layer 1 is on Ethereum, and Layer 2 is on the AliceNet network.

Ethereum Smart Contracts

All contracts currently run on the Ethereum Mainnet.

Some of the AliceNet smart contracts are behind a Proxy for future upgradability. Proxy contracts are a simple wrapper or proxy which users interact with directly and is in charge of forwarding transactions to and from the second contract, which contains the implementation logic. Therefore, if you need to interact with a smart contract that is behind a Proxy (e.g Public Staking), do it using it's proxy address instead of the Implementation address!
