Add a pure Python SFD reader

It would be nice to not be dependent on FontForge or SMED Python support at all, but that is a low priority.

Just pushed a pure Python parser to master. Still a bit lacking, but should be fine for a certain subset of SFD files. The old parser still can be selected from command line.
