- Allow players to use multiple surfaces (i.e., be in space and not hear each other) (this should work with Factorio v2 and space platforms/planets)

Backward compatibility
v1.1.0 is not backward compatible with v1.0.0, as the default z-coordinate while on Nauvis is now 1000 instead of 0 (see this code change). This was not considered enough, so really this release should be v2.0.0. But it's not.
