our bintray account has been rate-limited due to overuse. JFrog support team are working on the issue. At the moment you can configure your CI to download Allure from Github releases page https://github.com/allure-framework/allure2/releases Direct link to download latest release https://github.com/allure-framework/allure2/releases/download/2.7.0/allure-2.7.0.zip The issue to track status allure-framework/allure2#832 related to #980 |

What is the current behavior?
We are using the Allure jenkins plugin to generate the report for our UI tests.
Today we started getting failures in the Jenkins jobs which are related to a broken download link:
Failed to download https://dl.bintray.com/qameta/generic/io/qameta/allure/allure/2.3/allure-2.3.zip
(see the stack trace below)
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem
