Problem Statement

The aim of this project is to analyze key indicators for pizza sales data to gain insights into business performance. Specifically, the following metrics were calculated:

1. Total Revenue: The sum of the total price of all Pizza orders.
2. Average Order Value: The average amount spent per order, calculated by dividing total revenue by the total number of orders.
3. Total Pizza Sold: The sum of the quantities of all pizzas sold.
4. Total Orders: The total number of orders placed.
5. Average Pizzas per Order: The average number of pizzas sold per order, calculated by dividing the total number of pizzas sold by the total number of orders.

Various charts were created to visualize different aspects of pizza sales data:

1. Daily Trend for Total Orders
2. Monthly Trend for Total Orders
3. Percentage of Sales by Pizza Category
4. Percentage of Sales by Pizza Size
5. Total Pizzas Sold by Pizza Category
6. Top 5 Best Sellers by Revenue, Total Quantity, and Total Orders
7. Bottom 5 Best Sellers by Revenue, Total Quantity, and Total Orders

• Days: Orders are highest on weekends, particularly Friday/Saturday evenings.
• Monthly: Maximum orders are from the months of July and January.

Sales Performance

• Category: Classic Category contributes to the maximum sales & total orders.
• Size: Large size pizza contributes to maximum sales.

Best Sellers

• Revenue: The Thal Chicken Pizza contributes to maximum revenue.
• Quantity: The Classic Deluxe Pizza contributes to maximum total quantities.
