Replace 'Micronesia' with 'Federated States of Micronesia' - content request Trello
I have left the marriage abroad flow names alone, so they still use the name Micronesia. This is because the Marriage abroad smart answer is being transitioned over to a service managed and hosted by FCDO imminently, and will no longer appear in this repo.
Follow these steps if you are doing a Rails upgrade.
