Running alsamixer gives me this -

It looks like a driver issue. Please, create a bug at https://bugzilla.kernel.org - audio component - and attach output from alsa-info.sh --no-upload to it.

Stop using Linux, especially on Mac or expensive laptops, otherwise, it can easily destroy your hardware if you don't have good experience! Only if computer is specifically made for use with Linux it can work. This is mine advice, the only one!
That's why nobody answers, this is commonly known secret few want to talk about, it's more comfortable to receive some small donation for YouTube channel and cont. to glorify Linux
