Facing issues in the Docker Slim Action

Maybe due to this the site is having rendering problem. Any pointers would be of great help. Thanks keep doing the great work!

Docker slim action will only be triggered if you changed some libraries used or the docker image, but this would update our docker image, that is why it is failing. It doesn't affect the visuals of the site. Your error is the same as in #2313.
