Improve Pipeline Steps and Hyperparameter display #84

Currently, hyperparameters are displayed holistically for a pipeline.

Ideally a user would be able to see each of the steps that make up the pipeline and the hyper parameters associated with that step.

This would require a refactor of how we define pipelines and specify hyperparameters internally
