Interrogatório for Windows v0.2

Instructions in English:
Download Interrogat-rio.zip, extract the zip to a folder of your choice and run interrogatorio_for_windows.bat from the unzipped folder.

Avoid extracting the file to a folder shared in the cloud (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), as some of the files may not be synchronized completely, making it impossible to run the program correctly.
