My 2016 Sep 30 proposal to Unicode Technical Committee [Emoji Subcommittee] they sent back then plagiarized. They didn't like the bulk format of my submissions and the lack of usage timeline despite my following of the guideline sections and the lack of correlation between trend and encoding. The main culprit proposes and gets published my submissions without attribution and excerpt of my proposal.
