Describe the bug
PHP 5.6 fails to build due to PHPRedis 5.0.0 dropping PHP5 Support

To Reproduce
Whenever attempting to build the PHP 5.6 lagoon image, it will fail after trying to install PHPRedis from PECL.

Expected behavior
The PHP 5.6 image should be changed to pin PHPRedis at version 4.3.0 for all PHP 5 images.
