It would be good if there was a way for functions to specify, all entities that contain &A, &B and give me Some(&C) if C is defined, but None otherwise.

fn run_xxx(|a: &mut A, b: &B, c: Option<&C>|

);

I thought about adding this, but then - systems that do that can just use the custom run already. So this is kinda low priority.

31: Add Stages and dispatch tests r=torkleyy
cc @nchashch

This is how I imagined to have those systems divided into stages:

```rust
let dispatcher = DispatcherBuilder::new()
    .add(InputHandler, "handle_input", &[])
    .add(NetworkSynchronizer, "netsync", &[])
    .new_stage()
    .add(ForceGenerator, "force", &[])
    .add(Integrator, "integrator", &["force"])
    .add(EnemySpawner)
    .new_stage()
    .add(Renderer, "render", &[])
    .add(Audio, "audio", &[])
    .build();
```
