3rd builds now are in the https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/3rd-build-ga
After build is complete, they are manually uploaded to https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/3rd-prebuilt
In order to continue work on this feature you need to setup ARM64 builds in the 3rd-build-ga
